Parramore Get FA Kitemark

8th May, 2012

Worksop Parramore have become the latest Baris NCEL club to achieve Charter Standard status.

The Charter Standard Scheme is a best practice guide that sets standards of coaching, administration and child protection for all clubs outside the Football League and Premier League.

Secretary Max Ross: "This is an important step in the progress of the club and reflects the effort and diligence of our backroom volunteers.

"We are also grateful to the NCEL committee for their tremendous work which enables us to enjoy our football."

The Baris Northern Counties East Football League earlier this season became a Charter Standard League as part of its commitment to improve the game both on and off-the-pitch at this level of the National League System.

As part of that, all member clubs should have achieved Charter Standard status by September this year.
