Dowey Becomes Broddy Assistant Boss
6th October, 2009
Tim Dowey has become Brodsworth Welfare's new assistant boss following the departure of Alan Radford.
Radford has decided to step down as work commitments were keeping him from attending the majority of games and training nights.
Dowey moves up from the Academy to take on his new role.
First Team Manager Colin Bishop said: "I hope this doesn't affect the progression of the many junior players who I hope will be pushing hard for a place in the 1st team squad.
"Tim is a fully qualified Level 3 UEFA B Coach and has a good understanding of how the game should be played. I look forward to working with and gaining from Tim's coaching knowledge."
The club have thanked Radford for his time at Brodsworth and have wished him all the best for the future.
