Hunter is Named New Boss at Glasshoughton
11th December, 2012
Glasshoughton Welfare have appointed former Harrogate Town and Harrogate Railway joint manager and Tadcaster Albion assistant manager Rob Hunter to take over the managerial duties at Leeds Road.
The new boss was introduced to the playing squad at tonight's postponed Baris NCEL Premier Division game at Parkgate.
Rob is accompanied by assistant manager and coach Mark Smitheringale who has also had experience with Tadcaster Albion and Harrogate Railway as well as more than thirty years experience across a number of professional and semi-professional clubs.
Welfare have been searching for a new manager since Graham Hodder tendered his resignation last month after a run of defeats and poor form.
