Emley AFC's lead at the top of the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division is now six points after their 2-1 win at fellow promotion hopefuls Garforth Town in midweek.

Ruben Jerome struck twice for the Pewits whilst Harry Viggars netted an equaliser for the hosts who stay third in the table, four points ahead of Albion Sports who climb to fourth after their 3-0 win at Handsworth.

Ashley Flynn's opener was added to by a Lewis Waddington strike before Matthew Reay's own goal completed the scoring early in the second period.

The Lions leap above Rossington Main who drop to fifth after they were beaten 2-1 at Silsden AFC.

Ellis Hudson put the home side ahead in the 42nd minute from the spot, an equaliser was grabbed by Gregory Young early in the second half but Silsden claimed the points with Casey Stewart's strike just before the hour mark and climb to seventh, seven points away from the play-off zone.

Jack Dyche, Ewan Gregson and Alex Ingham scored for Knaresborough Town in their 3-1 home win over Eccleshill United, consolidating tenth spot whilst the Eagles, who took the lead through Cole Roberts in the second minute, remain three points above the basement in the battle to avoid the drop.

Bottesford Town claimed a vital victory to move further away from danger, early goals from Matthew Broadley and Joshua Fraiwald securing a 2-1 win at Hallam who pulled one back in stoppage time through Luca Defalco.

The Poachers move up to sixteenth following the win with a nine-point gap between themselves and basement side Maltby Main.

And, it was honours even for hosts Frickley Athletic who took the lead in their game with Pickering Town early on through Morgan James but a Richard Collier own goal ensured it was a point apiece in a 1-1 draw.

In Division One, Shirebrook Town are up to second, just a point away from the summit, following a 2-0 victory at Armthorpe Welfare, Bradley McGowan's first-half strike added to in the 80th minute by Nathan Watson.

Late goals for Adam Chapman and Max Pemberton snatched a point for Retford United in a 2-2 draw at home to Staveley Miners Welfare who had struck in the opening period through Jack Deakin and James Gregory.

United stay in the play-off zone but are now just a point ahead of sixth-placed Wombwell Town who narrowed the gap with a 5-0 win at Yorkshire Amateur, an Edward Agnew hat-trick doing most of the damage with further goals by Gadhafi Kiwanuka and Gareth McDermott.

Sam Clothier's hat-trick, two for Nathan Marchant, and one each for Harry Bandeira, Alex Clark and Maximillian Bauer completed a comfortable night for Harrogate Railway Athletic in their 8-1 home win over bottom side Ollerton Town, Toby Francis netting what was an equaliser for the visitors.

Jack Johnson's injury-time winner grabbed Retford FC a 2-1 victory over visitors Glashoughton Welfare who stay in the relegation zone.

Michael Dunn had seemingly rescued a point for Welfare after Declan Bacon's first-half opener for the Choughs but the home side would end up having the final say.

And, Worsbrough Bridge Athletic were 3-1 home winners over Selby Town, Harley Holt, Andrew Horbury and Nathan Moss with the hosts' goals whilst Harrison Rowley struck for the Robins.

Meanwhile, two games were called off due to a waterlogged pitch - Barton Town's home Premier Division clash with Goole AFC and Beverley Town's trip to Clay Cross Town in Division One.
