Emley AFC, Hallam and Silsden AFC are the remaining Toolstation NCEL sides in this season's Isuzu FA Vase after their Second Round victories on Saturday.
Alex Metcalfe's decider early in the second period saw Emley progress at the expense of their visitors Heaton Stannington whilst two late goals secured Hallam's passage at home to Atherstone Town.
Iren Wilson had levelled for the Countrymen in first half stoppage time before they fell behind again midway through the second half but strikes in the last ten minutes through Nicolantonio Degirolamo and Calum Ward saw Hallam through with a 3-2 victory.
Silsden dispatched hosts Abbey Hey 4-1, courtesy of second half goals from Kayle Price, Adam Clayton and Jake Cassidy after Ellis Hudson's opener had been cancelled out by the home side.
Eccleshill United and Bottesford Town bowed out of the competition on penalties after drawing 2-2 in their ties.
Zackary Sangster's quickfire second half double had put Eccleshill 2-0 up in their home clash with Charnock Richard but the visitors rallied and levelled in stoppage time to force the shoot-out that was taken by the away side 4-2.
And, Danny Walker's late leveller earned Bottesford spot kicks at Ramsbottom United but the hosts prevailed 5-4 to move into the last 64.
Our final Division One representative, Shirebrook Town, were beaten 2-0 at Tividale whilst, despite an early opener from Aran Basi, Albion Sports went down 2-1 at West Didsbury & Chorlton.
In other knockout action, Penistone Church won 3-0 at Hepworth United in the Third Round of the Sheffield & Hallamshire Senior Cup, a Kieran Ryan brace added to by Nathan Keightley securing the victory.
Campion have returned to the top of the Premier Division after Nicky Boshell's injury-time winner snatched them a 3-2 home victory over Rossington Main who stay ninth.
Manasse Kianga had struck twice in the first half to give the visitors an excellent start but Samuel Bradley restored parity with two of his own before the hosts took the points with their late decider.
Luke Walker, Keegan Townrow and Rieve Boocock all found the net in the final quarter of Frickley Athletic's match to seal a 3-0 win at home to fourth-placed Thackley to climb into sixth spot.

And, Pickering Town were 4-2 home victors over Handsworth, Omar Sanyang's late brace earning the points for the home side in a game that was level going into the final quarter-of-an-hour.
Wakefield AFC's 3-0 win at home to Nostell Miners Welfare in Friday night's game moved them to the summit in Division One, Oliver Green and Daniel Youel getting on the scoresheet in the opening period before Ben Gelder put the result beyond doubt with the third on 70 minutes.
They go above Wombwell Town who were unable to return to the top on Saturday as they were beaten 3-0 at Harrogate Railway Athletic, Luca Bolino, Sam Clothier and Joel Barker with the Rail's goals to move their side up to tenth.
A hat-trick from Jack Haslam helped Parkgate to a 5-2 victory at Yorkshire Amateur to move the Steelmen to within three points of Wakefield in third place, going above Beverley Town and Shirebrook.

James Cusworth was the day's top scorer as his four goals secured Horbury Town their 6-1 home victory over basement side Swallownest and they go up up into seventh whilst Dronfield Town are now ninth following their 1-0 win over visitors Louth Town, Daniel White with the 84th minute decider.
Selby Town won 2-1 on their own patch against Ollerton Town to climb to twelfth, Tawheed Ahmed netting the winner for the Robins, whilst there were 3-0 victories for Brigg Town and Worsbrough Bridge Athletic.
Brett Agnew's double added to Declan Bacon's opener in Brigg's success at Glasshoughton Welfare and Alex Hutchinson, Connor Glavin and Lewis O'Connor were the scorers for Worsbrough at home to Clay Cross Town.
And, a second half brace for Oliver McQuillin made sure of a 3-2 win for Athersley Recreation at Retford FC as the Rec climb to nineteenth, ten points clear of the bottom three.
