Proposed Constitution Changed

The proposed Toolstation NCEL constitution for the 2014/15 season has been altered slightly with Worksop Town joining the league.
The Sandy Lane outfit have dropped down from the Northern Premier League into our Premier Division which will remain with 22 clubs as Basford United are to move sideways to fellow Step 5 league, the Midland Football League.
